A Visit as a Tribute to the Master

‘Abdu’l-Bahá

As a tribute to ‘Abdu’l-Bahá, a visit was made to a school in Dharavi. The visit was to talk about The Master, as an opportunity presented itself in the form of a portrait with the quote “I am a royal falcon on the arm of the Almighty.” (as seen in picture) hanging in the principal’s office. In addition to this, the children learnt a prayer and a set of books was presented for their library.

The book “‘Abdu’l-Bahá, the servant of Glory” was presented to the school’s library where a member of the local community works. The librarian among many things going through the book was delighted to know that ‘Abdu’l-Bahá was in (the present day) Israel and devoted His life to the poor.

One of the higher grades is doing a study on Israel and he would be talking as a resource person which will give the opportunity to talk about ‘Abdu’l-Bahá again.
